325 West Adams Street, Los Angeles, Cal., April 29, 19l0. William E. Colby, 302 Mills Bldg., San Francisco, Cal. Dear
Mr. Colby:- What's the news? I met Mrs. Waters, President of the Womans Federated Clubs, today and had a long talk with
her on Hetch-Hetchy matters. She will start next Tuesday for Cincinnati. Please send her a map, and several copies of our
pamphlet and leaflets. Her address will be- Mrs. R. J. Waters, Gibson House, Cincinnati, Ohio, from May 9th to 18th. I propose
Joseph J. Perkins and John B. Henck, Jr., both of Santa Barbara, for club membership. Am hard at work here and will be for
