Monochrome serigraph is divided into two halves by a Mexican flag on a pole. The left side features a lone guitarist, the
right a squadron of Royal Chicano Air Force fighter pilots. Beneath an image of La Virgen de Guadalupe, a message reads, "Free
Of The City Of Sacramento By His Friends Through The Cooperation And Efforts Of The Southside Improvement Club Civil Works
Administration of the United States City of Sacramento and County of S[acrame]nto". "Slide was used for educational purposes
by José Montoya."
