Horizontal bands of color: Green/gray at top, white in center, black at bottom, thin band of bright green at very bottom.
"Viva" appears over green/gray field, a red UFW eagle on top of white, and "La Raza" over black field. ""Viva La Raza" was
painted during the time San Diego Gas & Electric was promoting a derogatory ad stereotyping Mexicans in Life magazine. (See
