Note:
From the En Memoria Exhibition at Centro Cultural de la Raza (October-December 1987). A door is open to a room where an altar
has been created by four students. A photograph of a mannequin in a military uniform is on the top of the altar--the beloved
object. Photographs of the mannequin in a variety of poses are collaged onto a back wall. A bent crutch is stuck through
a red heart with a cross cut out of its center and it leans against the wall. Flowers and candles fill the altar.
