Full title:George Nakamura works as a cook in the St. Anthony's Hospital kitchen. His wife, four daughters and one son also
work at the hospital. Nakamura is shown preparing a plump chicken which will be a part of the noonday meal that will soon
be delivered to the hospital patients. Nakamura is from Santa Cruz, California, and lived first at the Tule Lake Relocation
Center and later at the Amache Center. He came to Rockford with his family in October, 1943.<lb/> Photographer: Mace, Charles
