Full title:Kyuji Hozaki at work in his barber shop, 822 E. 7th St., Los Angeles, recently reopened it after leaving Rohwer.
His wife, Haruyo, is also a master barber. Pfc. Toshio Hozaki, their son, who had received the Purple Heart for wounds in
France, October, 1944, was killed in action with the 442nd Regiment in Italy, April 5, 1945. Their other son, Teruo, also
a Pfc., is now with the 1st Army in Germany. The Hozakis charge the standard rate in Los Angeles now, $1 for haircuts. All
