Full title:At Brandt's Beauty Salon in Chicago, Mary Lucy Nakamura continues to practice her trade as a beautician, which
was temporarily interrupted by the evacuation of persons of Japanese ancestry from the west coast. Mary formerly lived in
Seattle, Washington, where she attended Yakima Valley Junior College, and was later a beautician in a Seattle Beauty Salon.
After spending serval months at the Heart Mountain Relocation Center, she secured permanent employment in Chicago.<lb/> Photographer:
