Full title:As cook's helper, Mr. Shogoro Oka is enjoying his work at the Elms Hotel in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Formerly
of Delano, California, Mr. Oka was evacuated to the Poston, Arizona, Relocation Center from which he relocated on August 25,
1944. Here he is shown dishing out a dinner plate in the kitchen of the Elms. He is one of a dozen Issei employed at this
