Full title:Kay Kunisaki at work in his vegetable department in Douds' Hollywood super-market, where he recently returned to
from Heart Mountain. He is waiting on a customer while the market proprietor, Mr. S. J. Douds, stands in the background. We
are glad to have Kay back, and so are the customers, Mr. Douds said. Despite owning a modern home close to Theatre Mart and
around the corner from Alexander Pantage's former estate, Mr. Kunisaki has housing troubles. The growth of Los Angeles requires
a new super-highway to be cut through his property so he has to move his house. Meantime his wife, Tamawa, and children Thomas
(12) and Kenji (10) are still at Heart Mountain.<lb/> Photographer: Mace, Charles E.<lb/> Hollywood, California.
