Full title:With the exception of the manager and several part-time helpers, this family operates Omar Farm, a 220-acre experimental
dairy and poultry enterprise located 17 miles from Omaha, Nebraska. They are Fred S. Doi, formerly of Gila River Center and
Fresno, California; his brother-in-law, Thomas Nakanishi, born in Honolulu, and formerly of Gila River and Fowler, California;
and Tom's sister, Mrs. Kenneth Kawami, with her baby, David; and Mrs. Fred Doi with two of her three children, Chieri and
Dickie. The oldest Doi child was in school when the photographer visited the Omar Farm. Mrs. Kawami's husband has been in
the Army four years, and is now stationed in France. The whole family is enthusiastic about dairy and poultry farming, having
