Description:
View of Citrus Union High School. Architecture is neoclassical with Spanish influence. Arcades of Spanish renaissance type
connects Auditorium on the right with the Administration building. Through the arcades was a courtyard, and two story classrooms.
In 1921, the citizens of the district voted $300, 000 in bonds for a new school at a new site, centrally located at the southwest
corner of Ben Lomand Avenue, now Barranca Avenue, and Foothill Boulevard. It was shared by Azusa and Glendora until 1956.
