Description:
Handwritten letter from Mutsuo Hirose to [Afton] Nance, 1942 Apr 28. April 28, 1942 Dear Mrs Nance I am going to move to Santa Anita Thursday, April 30, at 7:30 a.m. Masao
is still here and is going on the same day. They were going to go to Fresno but they did not go because of the traveling
permit. Mr Yasaki and my father has not had their hearings yet, at least I have not heard about it, but I think they had
a check up in San Pedro. I think I will meet Tomi over at Santa Anita. He told me in his letter that he would try and come
over to the gate. I am sure that you and the eigth grade class is busy for the graduation, so I want to give my best wishes
to the eigth grade class of the Malaga Cove School Yours Very Truly Mutsuo Hirose
