Water color of the ""Bryant House"" which later was named the San Gorgonio Inn in Banning. The water color was painted by
Southern Pacific railroad agent, William B. Cravens in 1886.
Note from Lucille Cravens Morgan (Mrs. Judd Morgan) ""My father, William Breckenridge Cravens, came to Banning in 1886 with
his brother-in-law Will Murray, Mrs. Murray and their two daughters. Mr. Murray bought the hotel and died the night after
the papers were signed. My father's other sister Mrs. Everlee Herndon and her two daughters came out to stay with her sister
until the hotel was sold the next year to Col. Frazier. The four girls went to school to my mother, Miss lulu Burt. My father
and mother were married in Kansas City, August 21, 1888.""
