Tercero, Residence Hall, A dozen three-story living units, a two-story community center, and a single-story mechanical building comprise this student housing complex springing up on the Davis campus of the University of California. Pre-stressed, precast concrete supported on spread footings is the construction format carried out by the contractor, F.P. Lathrop of Berkeley. The project will house 800 students and is scheduled for completion next year. Loan payments are financed by money derived from student fees.
