In 1902, the trustees deemed it advisable to change location and have a more modern building of greater capacity for students.
A site on Dalton Hill was selected at the corner of High School Street, now Cerritos and Sixth Street Foothill Boulevard in
Azusa. The new Spanish style building with Victorian was erected for the sum of $12,990.00. In 1959 it was demolished.
In 1911, a second building was added for art and industrial work, and in June 1914 bonds were voted for the erection of a
third building to house the commercial work, music and Junior College. By 1915 the campus also included an athletic field.
